This document determines the terms and conditions for use of the Voicemail-Greetings.com website and defines a valid binding agreement between you and Voicemail-Greetings.com. Licensing:
Voicemail-Greetings.com grants you a non-transferable license to use the product subject to the restrictions contained herein.

The license does not permit the following uses:
The product may not be sub-licensed, or resold. This license is valid until termination. Violation of these terms and conditions will result in automatic termination of the license. Upon termination any us is immediately prohibited.
Any other unintended use is strictly prohibited without permission.

Copyright and Trademarks:
All content found on this website, words, images, logos, music, language and other content is the sole property of Voicemail-Greetings.com. No material on this website may be copied without our permission. The navigational structure, or presentation of the site, or its contents remain our property.

Warranty and property rights:
In the case of duly acquired rights of use, we indemnify the consumer form all third party claims (musicians, speakers, and others). All of our issued permits for use of our recordings are non-exclusive.

Invalid Provision:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, this does not affect the validity of the terms and conditions as a whole. Rather, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision, fulfilling the economic purpose of the agreement.

Changes:
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, prices and our privacy policy, or any other information on our website at any time.

Transfer, duration and scope of license:
Licenses are not transferable, unless otherwise noted, and are valid for an unlimited period of time.
Licensed productions can not be used for multiple phone systems (different companies, locations). Additional licenses are required for each additional business and/or location. This is subject to change.

Prices and terms of payment:
Permission to use the product is granted ( issued in the form of a license release pdf file) after receiving payment in full. VAT is excluded.
Unless otherwise agreed to, payment is due immediately after ordering from our online shop. For custom phone message productions payment is due upon delivery.

Neither Voicemail-Greetings.com nor its managing director, employees, licensors, content providers, affiliates, or other representatives will be liable - except as specifically stated in these terms of use or elsewhere on this website, or as otherwise required by applicable law - for damages of any kind (including lost profits, direct, indirect, compensatory, consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages) arising out of your use, your inability to use, or the performance of this website whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Neither Telefon-Ansagen.com nor its directors, employees or licensors are liable for damages to telephone systems, answering machines and telecommunications equipment, which may occur through the use of any of our products.

Formats:
All phone messages are compatible with common telephone system audio formats.

Audio formats:
- .wav (mono, 16bit & 8bit / 8khz & 6khz / alaw / ulaw)
- .mp3 (mono, 128 kbit / hohe Qualität)
- special audio formats are available upon request at no additional costs.

Purchase Conditions:
1. All purchases made on this website - online, by phone or on CD - are bound by our terms and conditions.

2. In buying our product you agree to our purchase price. All purchases may be conducted with Paypal or by invoice. Prices and products may change before, but not after you have placed your order.

3. We do not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 or from persons who are unable or are not authorised to enter into legally binding contracts.

4. Fees are not subject to value added tax.

5. Before completing your purchase, you have the opportunity to review your purchase details and correct any possible input errors.

6. After you order from us, you will receive an email confirming your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to receiving emails concerning your purchase. (confirmation receipt, download links etc.)

Place of Performance and Jurisdiction:

The place of performance and sole place of jurisdiction for all participating parties shall be Augsburg / Germany.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
